A co-worker who had been through the Habitat program told Matthew it was possible. Matthew listened. 🎉

"Before I started this, I never thought I could afford a home, let alone a brand-new, beautiful home that was perfect for my family." Habitat for Humanity Kent County motivated and reassured him every step of the way until that thought became his reality.

What he is looking forward to most says it all. His son's birthday parties at home. Sleepovers. Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners around their own table. A space with a level of control over their lives they simply have never had before.

"It truly changed the trajectory for my family. This home is a dream come true."
